RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Expect up to 2-weeks from when your return was delivered to receive your exchange.
Once our Returns Department has processed your exchange request, a new order is created in our system. You should receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of the order entering our system. Your exchange order will ship standard ground, with 5-6 business day delivery.
Please keep in mind that holidays, back to school season and weather/operational delays may add additional time to your delivery.
If the item you requested is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.SHIPPING INFO
Once we receive an order, we expect it to ship out three to four business day later barring any unforeseen issues. If your order is placed over the weekend, and standard delivery is selected, we expect your package to ship out no later than Tuesday.
